Sensitron's existing, well established family of devices uses the same technology and process flow as our military level product. Our devices follow the MIL-PRF-19500 flow from wafer fabrication, assembly, through screening and final test. The following part numbers can be purchased in either axial or surface mount devices and screened and tested to the military screening flow. The parts are marked in accordance with the testing performed, for example:

Sensitron has gone through a MIL-PRF-19500 Joint Army Navy (JANTXV) level audit by the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC). (The certification is currently pending DSCC's approval of the open corrective actions.)
