Sensitron's Power Semiconductor Products have been used in various high-rel applications over the past 30 years. Our power semiconductors include rectifiers, TVS and Schottky devices in axial, MELF and bridge packaging as well as a complete line of rectifier die products, all of which are available in a wide variety of voltage and current ratings. Our general purpose, fast recovery and ultrafast rectifiers are available with PIV ratings up to 1000 Volts and recovery times as low as 30 nanoseconds.

Sensitron's existing, well established family of devices uses the same technology and process flow as our military level product. Our devices follow the MIL-PRF-19500 flow from wafer fabrication, assembly, through screening and final test. The following part numbers can be purchased in either axial or surface mount devices and screened and tested to the military screening flow. Sensitron has gone through a MIL-PRF-19500 Joint Army Navy (JANTXV) level audit by the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC). (The certification is currently pending DSCC's approval of the open corrective actions.)
