Sensitron's existing, well established family of devices uses the same technology and process flow as our military level product. Our devices follow the MIL-PRF-19500 flow from wafer fabrication, assembly, through screening and final test. The following part numbers can be purchased in either axial or surface mount devices and screened and tested to the military screening flow.
